Note: Items that are defective upon arrival are eligible for a full refund or exchange, even if the package has been opened.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Return Shipping: After receiving the RA number, carefully pack the items in their original packaging and ship them back to us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you will need to follow the same return process before receiving the replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
